Omega-3 fatty acids are polyunsaturated fat which is very much implored for us to take because unsaturated fatty acids basically means healthy ‘fat’. There are three types of Omega-3 fatty acids – DHA, ALA and EPA. Back to basic biology, we know that our body cannot synthesize or produce certain fatty acids, therefore we need to ingest other things such as fishes.
