Breakfast is basically the most important meal of the day and it is advised to contain a mixture of all the six nutritional components. But this meal is often avoided or lightly taken because of our hectic busy schedules. It is not at all desirable to be ignorant with the breakfast as it keeps us physically energized throughout the whole day. There are some easy and unique ways of preparing quick yet healthy breakfast foods which will keep both the stomach and the mind happy and refreshing!
Fruits and vegetables – The best item to start your breakfast is undoubtedly the fruits. You can have it either in juice forms or you can have it as it is. Apples, cherries, bananas, oranges are the perfect sources of vitamins in the morning. To meet the needs of vegetables, baked beans and tinned tomatoes can be also included.
